Quiet Lock offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility Window:
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Condition of Item:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in the original packaging with all included parts, components, and instructions.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:-
Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at service@quietlock.com with your original order number and the reason for the return.

Receive RMA: We will review your request and, if approved, issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the return shipping address. Returns sent without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package may be refused or subject to delays.

Ship the Item: You are responsible for properly packaging the item to prevent damage during return shipping.

We will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank).

Exchanges (Defective/Damaged Items)
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.-
Please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at service@quietlock.com with photos of the damage/defect and your order number.

We will send you a pre-paid shipping label for the return of the damaged item and promptly ship out a replacement unit once the return is processed.

Sale and Promotional Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items, clearance items, or items purchased with a significant promotional discount (e.g., >30% off MSRP) are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.

Shipping Your Return
Return Shipping Address: (Provided with your RMA number)-
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should strongly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-refundable. (The original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.)
